Experiencing spiritual and energetic sensitivity can be challenging. My gifts were apparent from age four, as I've progressed and had different experiences from Precognition to Clairgustance and even Psychometry, which I'll write about in this blog. Among other things of the spiritual nature, giving all glory to the Source of all The Most High. It is still a riddle I myself am uncovering daily.
Psychometry, sometimes referred to as psychometry, is the belief that an individual can glean information about a person or object simply by touching it. This process is akin to "reading" the history, emotions, or memories associated with the item.
For instance, a practitioner of psychometry might pick up an old ring and assert that they can sense:

the significant events it has witnessed

the emotional energies entwined with it

the past experiences linked to its history
This concept resonates strongly within paranormal and spiritual communities, often appearing in various fictional narratives, such as those featuring psychic detectives or haunted artifacts. However, psychometry can be unpredictable; in many instances, it serves as confirmation of less desirable truths. Personal experiences vary, and the ability to tap into psychometric insights often cannot be summoned at will. However, as in my case, this gift is still developing or more appropriately, remembered.
